Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high demand.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Minty Oral Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will review and resolve the matter at our discretion.


6. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
